Venue Hunting

Last June 13, me, Ikito and Mae Ann had a venue hunting for our club's Activity. Well actually we already reserved 1 venue which is Nature's Village Resort located at Talisay City, but there were certain things that the management of the resort weren't clear about. So we decided to look for other choices.

So first we went at Las Villas De Hervias because last school year the event was held there, we went at the office to inquire about the venue and the price range.  After discussing about certain things, we realized that it is not cost-effective if we choose Las Villas because they do not offer chairs, tables and P.A system.  The employer also said that we are not allowed to make loud noises, so it is really impossible.

Our second choice was La Herencia, but we we'rent  able to inquire about the place because we don't have a contact and we realized that it is too far from our school USLS where the event will start.

Our Last choice and Final Venue, Town & Country which is located near Nature's Village.  Luckily, Ikito have a friend who lives there so  the price is really good and at the same time the place is perfect for the event.

In looking for a venue, it is important to consider the price and the  convenience of the place.
